MIKE MEYER has been described as having a “rare combination of executive experience in the C-Suite for a Fortune 250 company, as a general manager for a rapidly growing business and as a trained Executive Coach.” He has played key roles in turnarounds, restructurings, acquisitions and growth strategies. Throughout his career, his coaching has helped leaders drive significant change and improve their own effectiveness. He has partnered with leaders to develop their strategic plans, select and strengthen their teams, align their organizations, increase team engagement and refine their communications.
He has worked with numerous executives to help them achieve their full potential and realize their professional aspirations. Mike has also helped shape the leadership capabilities of many people who went on to become senior executives
of several companies – and has developed programs and processes to develop a stronger pipeline of diverse, emerging talent.
Mike holds an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences. He has lived in Asia and Canada with most of his executive roles having a regional or global scope.
He has completed the certification requirements of the International Coach Federation through the College of Executive Coaching and is certified in a number of assessment tools and instruments.
When not with his family, he loves community work and serves as a board member of The Nature Conservancy, Minnesota International Center and Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
